Skin problems - help if you can! - Thursday, July 28, 2005 8:14 AM ( #1 )
Well this is not an really injury but if you can help or can it be healed... After some years of training, in early fase of my life with 15 years I've trained harder with boxing, dumbells @ home and push ups... After some time my skin started to break in position between chests and shoulders and today it's like a strings there, so if there is any help please answer... Also is it going to fade or something? I used some oil from doctor, but no help, as it seems... Thanks

sounds like you are talking about stretch marks...

They will fade significantly over time but wont disappear completely. Creams etc havent been shown to get rid of them but have been shown to significantly decrease how bad they are when applied early (i.e. when the tear is pink/purple).

Usually vitamin E creams are used & also cocoa butter - the cocoa butter helped with mine.
