Here, let me tell you this - 2 years ago I was anorexic. What I did eat was very little, under 5 grams of fat and 10 grams of sugar per MEAL. At the weight of 128 I had a solid showing 8 pack. (All I trained was abs and did pushups) Now at 17, I am huge and for me to get a nice 8 pack I'm thinking I would be around 153-155. So Really. It all depends on the specific person

Your boy cries but you proceed to fratenise with those baby blue eyes, eyes like the sky you pleaded for ties. Your stomach cries, and you envisionise a plate full of fries. Lord they are hot though, don't touch, I advise. But you are burned, and penalised, of course overdramatise and you get the prize. I am that boy baby girl and now I will end your 9 lives.

and btw, weight really doesnt matter when it comes to a six pack, 155lbs for a 6'1 would be pretty damn skinny. As long as you have a low Body Fat Percentage, your fine

I dunno, 6'1" @ 170lbs BEFORE cutting just looks like a normal guy.  but if you're happy with just the sixpack, then go for it.

i think having an 8 pack or a 6 pack depends on your build, which depends on genetics. alot of bodybuilding is genetics

well...i have noticed arnold schwarzenegger had trouble getting 6/8 packs, he usually just had a giant mound, which sometimes looked like a 4 pack, and that was it

like this http://www.zegatao.muscle.nom.br/legends/ultimas/foto9%20ARNOLD.jpg

But in general anyone can get muscle on there abdominal area, some are better than others, 8pack is blessed with perfect symmetry for example. whereas some peoples can be just as defined as his but are everywhere and higgeldy piggeldy, or like arny, you build muscle but its just a lump Smile
