Browsing the site is fine with Firefox, but posting replies/threads is not possible.
Any way to fix this issue?

Thanks,
Ilya

I use FireFox all the time.  No issues.

The reason that might happen is because the forum has changed in some manner and the cache is not updated.  That does occur quite often.

Clearning your cache may help.

ah nevermind, the only way to fix it on the other forum was to check a box that would turn off WYSIWYG post editing, its no a problem for me on these forums tho as its different coding than the other forum, sorry i don't know what you can do.

only option i see being able to change in "My Profile" is to change pop-up posts to inline posting.. you can try that maybe

Works fine for me. However, I do occasionally notice some wierd thing where the page refreshes repeatedly then stops, then refreshes again.

Love Firefox- Only thing is, I can't seem to paste anything in these text boxes after copying it. Don't have the same problem with IE.

I used to have that problem--check to make sure your version is completely updated.

As for the reloading thing--that's a bug I found too; it only happens when I manually refresh a page, and then it goes nuts.  I copy the link into a new page and close the sicko one.

Have you tried both the keyboard shortcuts (CTRL-C, CTRL-P) or using the right mouse? Do both not work?

I'm on 1.5.0.4 and every version before has allowed me to copy and paste.

It's something on your computer... some software that's conflicting with Firefox... and unfortunately it's nothing we can pinpoint from our end. If you re-install windows from scratch, then installed firefox right away, copy and paste should work just fine. It's actually not that hard or time consuming to re-install windows, and I recommend doing it once every year or so. Extreme, yes, but then Firefox will work like it should.

I'm having the same problem, two different PCs now, and not laptops- I just use Explorer when I want to paste something these days. A bit of a pain, but not a big deal.

Maybe it has to do with an extension you have loaded in Firefox?

Try a clean uninstall and reinstall.  If that doesn't work, do a really clean uninstall, including dumping all profiles and extensions.

Extensions are part of what make firefox fun, but can also be very evil.
