Well i went to docotor today to get my shoulder looked at becuase i have been having sever pain. And long story short he said no lifting for 1-2 months.....And the all i can think about is Crap this is al i need, im a starting DT and Ot and now my 6 months of serious hard lifting work are going to go down the drain and im not going to look good this summer........sigh ......Any input on how to keep my sprits up and also how to keep trying to lose weight. Doc said do cardio out the bum and jsut work the legs.........So any input
