I've heard of this before on the software developers site and I may know what's causing it... You're pasting text into the signature box right? Either text you found on the web or from a Word document? The reason I ask is because if you paste text, the forum will try to keep the formatting of that text from the place you copied it from. That means it will try to keep the same text size, font, and so on. Even though you'll count your signature and you'll have less then the 250 character limiter, there's code behind there that's putting you past your limit. So you may have: "I like my signature" But the forum sees it as: "[font size=2 color=black weight=bold]I Like my signature" Hopefully that makes sense... I think that's what's causing the problem for you. Can you just type everything in free-hand instead of pasting it? That should solve the problem (I think).
