The ****z and headaches are probably associated with the creatine. Creatine draws water to itself, to your intestines....****z... and to your muscles, causing a shortage for other functions. Lower the dose of creatine until you get used to it, and increase your water about another liter for every gram of creatine you are taking. Hope this helps you out.

Man i Hate that $hit where you just staring at the clock counting the hours before you have to wake. And thats its not good going without sleep when trying to recover.

No explode has a lot of caffeine in it and that is probably what is keeping you up and causing the headaches. I've heard all of your sides before from people taking no-Xplode. I'm not a big fan of BSN products, especially after all the lawsuits.

Current Stack: HDROL,Celltech,Superpump 250, Glutamine,Beta alanine,Whey protein.

Dude, you need to consume at least 2-4 liters of water a day. Also if you drink alcohol or any caffeinated drinks that will contribute to your headaches and lack of sleep. Remember, your body is 75% water so it craves water and creatine draws water to your muscles so you are dehydrated etc. Good luck man, No-Xplode is amazing stuff when used properly! I love my results!
