I've been looking for a good stack to take that will help me build muscle and lose fat, the Shredded Stack by MuscleTech seems like it would do the job.  I've heard good things about Leukic and Hydroxycut Hardcore, but I haven't heard anything about the third product in the stack (the name evades me at the moment).  Has anyone taken this or can anyone verify if it's worth my money and time?

Hydrazide. It's a water pill. There's better options. If you're specifically looking for a "stack" Ripped Stack/ System is better (and cheaper)  in my opinion.

Its best to stack stuff yourself than buy companies pre-packaged stuff.

For cutting ECA is the best, but if you want something more accessable Hydroxycut HC, Taraxatone, Vaso is a good one.

What's ECA?  Basically I want to lower my body fat and up my muscle mass. I'm about 6.5% BF now, 5'7 135 pounds.  I want to get to 150 pounds and lower my body fat to 3% or so,  I want the 6 pack abs "beach" look.

6.5  %  is already low, im not an expert but going down to 3% is not very safe, especially during the summer b/c if you have to low of bodyfat your body will over heat (my high school fball coach said this) . at 6.5% you should already be able to see your abs. you probably just need to work them 1 to 2 times a week to build them up.  dont work them to manytimes though b/c abs are  muscles and need rest.

I can see them a bit, just not as much as I'd like.  I was also told that in order to really see them you have to get down to 3% or so, and I thought the abs could be worked a little bit every day?  I usually try and incorporate 1 set of an ab workout whenever I'm at the gym.

Abs are just like any other muscle group and should be trained once or twice a week, depending on how hard you're hitting them.  At 6.5% body fat you should definitely see them no problem if your abs are strong enough.  3% is a little too low, especially in summer.  It's not healthy in general and can cause injuries a lot easier with that low of a %.

You must be measuring yourself wrong. 6.5 is already very very low and you should be able to see every little muscle on your body.

Well, I did the caliper test and got 6.5% and I did an online test and got 6% so I took the higher one.  I can see my muscles, just not as much as I'd like.  I guess the only real solution is to work them out harder.

yes at 6.5 % you should see them very well if you arn't that is because they are not developed enough keep working them hard and they will pop out at 3 % at 150 lbs you would be ready for the stage that's too low for every day bf stay were you are and just get them developed
