How about posting your routine? And your training schedule? That would give us a starting point for any suggestions.

First of all, what are you doing right now for your shoulders? How are you eating, working out and resting?

Well..everyone's different. Some people are born big...and some people gotta work for it. If you're not doing anything now, then you're probably not going to wake up tomorrow w/ big shoulders.

Pushups aren't really going to do much for your shoulders. Try some overhead pressing w/ a barbell or some dumbells. But if you're not training your entire body on a regular basis, plus eating enough to grow, you likely won't see much benefit at all.

Do you currently go to the gym or workout on a regular basis at all?

It doesn't seem like you workout much. Is pushups all you do? Try handstand pushups if you dont have any barbells or dumbells but you definately need weights to get any huge results.

Also, like WildOne pointed out, you need to eat big to get big. Even if you're just looking to put a little size on, nutrition plays a huge part of it- If you don't feed your body properly, it won't have anything to make the new muscle with, plain and simple.

At tight head prop i need alot of shoulder strength adn endurance. I go lighter weight side lat raises forward lat raises then 45 degree lat raises. All 10 reps a piece all in a row-no break. At the beginning youll do one but I can do 2 sets now. O adn dont do this if you want your traps to explode either
