Shoulders then Triceps/Chest

So today I'm doing shoulders and tomorrow I'm doing chest and triceps...i'm bulking but i was wondering if this is overtraining?

You should never do chest and shoulders on back-to-back days. You are using your shoulders and triceps heavily in every chest pressing movement. I'd do Chest/shoulder/tris all on the same day. And I wouldn't worry about overtraining.
Bench- 315 Squat- 345 Dead- 515 Total- 1175

I do chest one day, hit back the next, then shoulders and Tri's the day after. My workout schedule: Monday- Legs Tues- Chest Wed- Back Thur- Shoulders Fri- Arms

Depends, but I would try to switch it up so shoulders get atleast 1 day of rest. Also are you lifting specifically for track or just want to lift? If your just lifting for track I would focus on shoulders and legs more, in which you could do light chest and tri's and I would say it would be ok to do the day after shoulders.
Goals by end of 2009: Bench 205 Squat 255 ATG Squat Clean 185 "There is no elevator to success, you must take the stairs."

Yeah dont do that, since any pushing movement of the arms is done by your triceps. And when you work your chest you are doing pushing movements. Dont do them on back to back days
