About a year I ago I seperated my shoulder and now I can bench and my shoulder feels like it is about back to regular strength if not more. But sometimes when I go pretty hevy my shoulder I seperated like kicks out and makes the weight harder. My right shoulder stays at 45 degrees and is fine. But the other shoulder goes way out. I have 2 questions. 1. Is there any way I can preent this? 2. Will this affect how much my bench will move. Say 7 years from now I wanna bench 400 its possible right? My shoulder wont give out.

i know that once you have joint probs you always have them
like knees, elbows, and shoulders
i think that maybe somethin that will support the area will help
light bench shirt maybe
somethin that holds the area and keeps it from slippin out
i dont know im not a professional
i want to be a doctor and i know some things about liftin and all
so maybe someone else can tell you somethin
in the mean time i hope the shoulder gets better
