i know that once you have joint probs you always have them like knees, elbows, and shoulders i think that maybe somethin that will support the area will help light bench shirt maybe somethin that holds the area and keeps it from slippin out i dont know im not a professional i want to be a doctor and i know some things about liftin and all so maybe someone else can tell you somethin in the mean time i hope the shoulder gets better
