Hi guys, Hope everyone is good. I'm having a shoulder arthroscopy a week Monday and was wondering if anyone had undergone the same thing and successfully returned to the gym? I've been researching it on the Internet (Which I know can be a bad idea) and my specialist himself have both suggested there's a chance I won't be able to get back in the gym at all. I can't see how this can be true - as compared to some surgeries it's rather minor - but wanted to see if anyone had any ideas? I can currently get away with doing some weight training, bu squats, benching, dips and pull-ups are near impossible. Also, my specialist has told me countless time he doesn't 'get' bodybuilding, so I'm worried it may be his personal bias coming out! Thanks guys and sorry for the long post.
