Shoulder Pain

Alright, Im going to try my best to explain the problem but I dont know all the tecnical terms so bear with me. I have always had some pain in my shoulders, and I have also tried Pro Lo Therapy for them which has helped a little, for the short term anyways. I decided I was going to take this week off because I have a bowling tournament this weekend. Well yesterday I started getting a bad pain in my right shoulder and while I was bowling it started hurting as well and its never hurt when I bowl. It feels like its on the very end of my collar bone towards my shoulder (the part that sticks up) and it hurts to the touch. Now its on the top back of that bone. It feels like it goes down behind my shoulder blade from there and to the bottom of my shoulder blade. I have also experienced some limited mobility in my shoulder, I have a hard time reaching across my body and trying to grab the back of my left shoulder. When I do this with my left arm its fine. Now I have always had some issues with pain in my shoulders, but I guess I just thought it was par for the course. I have also noticed the same type pain before, but not to the extend it seems to be this time around. I have always been reluctant to taking time off from working out because thats when the pain seems to oocur or thats when my shoulders seem to act up the most is when I take time off. If anyone has any ideas or suggestions as to what this might be please let me know, it would be greatly appreciated! I dont have insurance until next month so I cannot go to the Docs right now. So again I thank anyone for there input and suggestions. If you need any more details please let me know and I will be happy to give them. Thanks Again, Eric

Best advice- Rest it, don't bowl or do anything that causes pain, and go to the docs as soon as you get insurance- Or sooner. The money you spend out of pocket for a visit could be well worth it if it's a serious problem that needs attention, and no-one here can diagnose anything over the net. It's always better to play it safe when it comes to stuff like this.
