Its not really the issue it use to be am I right most FB products dont even contain it anymore even though technically they could. Almost everything out there has gone to the ephedra-free formula.

use vs abuse is the real subject at hand. Not ephedra. any compound, of ANY danger, should be legal. The responsibility rests within the consumer. Not the government to tell us what we can and can't do with out own bodies.

I say definitely no. ORIGINAL: VaughnTrue use vs abuse is the real subject at hand. Not ephedra. any compound, of ANY danger, should be legal. The responsibility rests within the consumer. Not the government to tell us what we can and can't do with out own bodies. I dunno then the hospitals would be clogged up with people trying to take prescription medication without having a clue. Probobly take viocoding for headaches and whatever.

ORIGINAL: VaughnTrue amsterdam seems to do pretty well while having no real illegal drugs. Except hard drugs and prescription medication are still illegal in Amsterdam. It's not going to happen because pharmacy companies push their drugs throught doctors, and they're the second richest industry after oil. Thought I see your point about the government having no right to tell people what they can and can't put into their bodies

Our nation would BENEFIT from legalizing all drugs. Itd be about time that people were able to make their own decisions. if we lost 90% of all hard drug users due to overdose, I say GREAT. Is that a bit harsh? Sure, but even if it was my own mother, they're adults and can make their own decisions. Who the hell is the govt to tell me how to treat MY body.

i say if the gov't is so concerned about it all, make it legal and tax it, jsut like cigarettes, sell packs of joints lol with a gov't tax on them in reality kinda everyone wins. The same could be said for other drugs but obviously its just wishful thinking. When you make something illegal the people who used it before are still going to get it if they want it, hence the MASSIVE black/drug market issue we have in america...

Did you know that marijuana use among teenagers is acctually supposed to be lower in Holland then in America? That just shows egalization can work. I definitely agree. natural drugs should be legal. The amount of money the government spends on enforcing marijuana laws is ridiculous.
