Hey, I am trying to get bigger arms and just gain weight and get a bigger body all together, my workouts are strict and hard and also I do lots of cardio (to minimize fat) Now I dont want a lot of fat because i like the cut look but I want to keep looking "solid" but gain weight... My problem is Monday-Wednesday I work 10-7 hours and I really dont have time to eat, so I was wondering if I should get some weight gainers to replace meals during those days. I dont want to gain fat but I need to keep my calories up to gain muscle mass. Would this be a good idea?

Yes. Don't take it more than twice a day tops. Try making a sandwhich and bringing it with you to work.
