Sup guys, I am turnning 16 years old in a month. I am about 5'10" (little bit higher, and still gradually growing) I have 11% body fat and i weigh 148.8 lbs A trainner from a gym told me that you have to have close to 9% body fat to get your muscles cuts and to get that sexy looking abs. But the problem is, I want to gain muscles which means that i have to gain weight. So should i try to gain weight or Just leave it the way it is because i definetely want to try to get close to 9 percent fat while gain muscle mass. Thx...
