Hey Guys...  I've been lifting for about 4 months now.  I can see considerable results, and am quite happy.  Unfortunately I am one of the many people looking for a quicker way to build muscle mass.  Right now I weigh in anywhere from 160-165 pounds, with a body fat percent of 7.9.  I am using Protein and Creatine shakes on a daily basis, and am finishing up a 9 day cycle of PumpTech.  Got any good supps I can take to help build muscle mass, while NOT add too much fat?

As long as your seeing gains i wouldn't worry about stacking anything else. When you hit a plateau then its time to mix it up.

Yall know that yall shouldnt be taking so many supplements together and different ones mixed together especially. But even if you do or dont take a lot of supplements be sure to dink a LOT of water, with out it your causing your liver and other body parts to much uneeded stress wich leads to body part eventually failing. Remember bust your arse not your body
