Should i be satisfied? - Tuesday, March 27, 2007 11:08 PM ( #1 )
okay , i just recently started workin out , about 5 weeks ago, and my stack includes noxplode, cytogainer, and ive been taking 2 multis per day, i started at 149 pounds and now im at 155, now everyone says this is a good gain , which is exactly what im trying to do , and i believe im begginin to notice some differences in appereance, like a firmer chest if thats even how u say it, and my arms , biceps triceps getting bigger, whats ur opinion on this ? should i start gettin excited over this ? becus honestly i am, if i shoudlnt please let me know, is this a positive step towards achieving my goal? anyone reccommend anything different? any advice or opinions would be appreciated

Only you can answer that question. Set goals and have fun improving.

No need for bodybuilding supplements right now, a milti vitamin is all you need right now.
If you can bench press more than you can squat you should be ashamed.
