Should i Bulk or Cut at this point? - Thursday, March 20, 2008 10:23 PM ( #1 )
Hi, I have 11 % body fat , 5'10" , and i weigh 148 lbs. I been workingout without knowing any knowledge until this point. I just recently found out about bulking and cutting. So my question is, should i try to bulk for 2 months and then cut when its in the mid-summer, or just keep on bulking till next year spring, then cut?

Depending on your body type you might have to cut once you hit 14%ish, or your bf might not even go up that high and you could continually bulk. All depends on how your body bulks.
