Should I take Nitric Oxide when performing cardio-based workouts?

I lift 3-4 days a week (every other day) but I train 6 days a week. I was wondering should I take my NO only when I lift or also when I'm doing Plyometrics, Sparring or any other cardio influenced workout?

First post nice :D. Im not intelligent enough to tell what you should and should not do. But from what i read on these forums, NO products are a scam.

well... I havent seen any studies that show taking NO is even beneficial, THEY (and I mean the companys) say it is beneficial...but I have yet to read anything concrete, and honestly its most likely the other things in the product that are producing results. (creatine, protein, caffeine) So whether you want to believe it or not, and on that note Dan Mirage would be the guy to ask this too. For what they say NO does, vasculate the blood vessels to allow more blood flow for maximal growth... you wouldnt need that for a cardiovascular exercise. I would personally say dont waste your money, but if you insist on using it I would say its not necsisary to use for cardio. Again, Dan would be the perfect guy to ask though.

I love NO products for the hype and pump that I get in my workout. If I don't take them then I know it, thus not so good of a workout. Maybe its mental, i don't know, but I do know that it benefits me. But for cardio you do NOT want to take an NO product before. I will most likely make you extremely gassy and burp, and probably throw up. If you think you can handle it then just take half serving.

Many people have different reactions to using NO. Just try it for yourself, but I would definitely recommend taking it just for weight lifting. Me personally, I go on cycles of N.O. Xplode and I feel the difference of not using it, might be from the creatine and other products mixed in as well.

Personally I wouldn't bother.
