Your chest could use some work, maybe the lats too, can't really tell.

What's your height and weight?  You look similar to me, except I'm a little leaner.

but yea take a better pic of an actual pose, then we might be able to critique you

edit: ya work on the lats and stop wearing wifebeaters in the sun

edit #2: work on your symmetry your right side is much larger than your left and it makes you look funky

Lats and delts need work, looks like the traps do too.

I take back our appearance look-a-like.

Damn, I don't know WHAT y'all are talkin' about! Dude's got easily enough lat size to push him into meso territory.

I figure you could be crazy defined if you were to cut to 175-180, but I wouldn't do that just yet. You have a pretty solid base to build on. If I were in your shoes, I'd put most of my upper body emphasis on delts, pecs, and lats; Stack another 15 pounds of lean mass on that frame, and THEN dial the body fat back until you hit 190. Let the chips fall where they may with your arms and abs. You've obviously got enough mass in your bi/tri's that you can afford to place the focus elsewhere.

And, of course, don't neglect your legs.

You don't look too bad but like veg said it'd probably be in your best interest to try build up your whole upper body just to make everything look more whole, namely delts, pecs and lats.

Looking good though, keep it up.
