Shooting Program -30 minutes jump shots (warm up) -15 lay-ups each side -10 minutes -3 point shooting from the 5 points across the arc -10 minutes -catch and shoot(have a friend pass you the ball) -10 minutes -shoot of the dribble -15 right fade aways from the box -15 left fade aways from the box 100 jumpshots and count how many you make and try and beat that next time Run some sprints Shoot 100 free throws while winded, count, try to beat next time

The program andy posted i believe was fairly similar, this is a...longer version i guess, you will need more time, this could take an hour and a half to 2 hours depending...
