Anyone ever use those shoe pads for help with their lower back?...Any input on them?

Do you mean the in-soles you can buy or have made for shoes?

If so, I know plenty of people that have said that helps them with back issues. Simply by adding some decent arch support and good, quality pads to their shoes.

Yah I was talking about the insole pads that you just add to your shoes for that exact reason-more arch-thanks for the input im going to buy some maybe that will help me out a little
