Overall the best pre workout supplement I have ever used. Does 2x what No Xplode does for way cheaper and over 2x the servings. I use No Xplode for an example so you have an idea of what Shock Therapy is about. It's not your little brothers sippin drink that is for sure. It should be an Animal product, it's that good.
