Shaking - Tuesday, June 24, 2008 3:27 AM
Hey guys,

Been a member on here for a while now but havn't posted in a long time.

Anyway I have a question, think this is the right forum to post it...

When I'm doing weights, I seem to shake quite a lot. The only problem is, I shake even when I'm not struggling with the weight. It's pretty embarrsing when it looks like I'm struggling one a certain weight when really I can do it comfortably.

Just wondering what could cause this?

Cheers

you are shaking because you lack a good CNS-muscle connection and cannot adequately control your muscles, or your supporting and stabilizing muscles are weak
