All jokes a side- Ejaculation causes the body to go into fatigue state of mind. The expulsion of seminal fluid causes physical or mental weariness resulting from exertion. Hence, does this prolong/protract your body's reproduction of testosterone? If done enough can it ultimately scar your body?

there's a new thread on this every week. basically, the effect is negligable, both for a positive effect and a negative.

I looked in various forums, without seeing and posted threads. However, what are the postive and negative effects?

isn't sex itself a strenuous activity? in my understanding, it's good because your body then has to produce more sperm, which calls for more testosterone. it's bad because in the time following ejaculation, your testosterone levels are lower than they normally are. but they kind of cancel each other out. that is my understanding.

i really dont think it matters.. if you are a teen your testosterone levels are super high.. masturbation or sex dont decrease your testosterone enough to effect it seriously.. do what you want and have fun... dont get her pregnant.

This has been a little overdone- But I stand by the statements I've made in the other posts. If you're worried about how sex affects your training, you're thinking WAY too much about your training- It's fine to change the way you eat to a healthier muscle producing diet, it's fine to want to work out five days a week with ridiculously heavy weights, it's fine to spend good money on supps- But once you start thinking about cutting down on sex because of possible drawbacks to your progress- Which are negligible anyway, as others here have said, you need to calm down.

Hence, does this prolong/protract your body's reproduction of testosterone? If done enough can it ultimately scar your body? That's all incorrect. The fatigue and/or sleepiness that sets in after ejaculation is because the pituitary gland (beneath the brain) releases a hormone called oxytocin. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oxytocin Ejaculation and release of oxytocin has nothing to do with inhibiting further testosterone production or the abilty to gain muscle or damage to your body or the price of crude oil, nor will it make asteroids and comets pummel the Earth thereby bringing down civilization and all life on Earth. Ejaculate all you like. It's normal, it's healthy, it's fun.
