Cutting- 5 sets of 12-16 reps in a workout
bulking-2-3 sets of 8-4 reps in a workout

10 sets of 12 reps for ONE muscle?

That's waaaaay too much even for cutting, let alone bulking.

chest i did 18 sets no resting 10 reps each... was 3 supersets

Machine press/ pecdeck
then DB Press/Flyes
Then Dips/Cable Crossovers (Hitting lower tit)

For arms i did 18 sets no rest but it was bi/tri split... I am thinking of changin it to 24 sets... this barely takes 30 min, 40 min max... and boy my chest is still a lil' sore from friday!

I was thinking more 10 sets of the same exercise, youre doing sets of different exercises.

I sometimes do 10+ sets of the same exercise, but I keep the reps under 5.

Hmmm...

Fair enough, i was wrong

I always read here you should keep sets to 3-4 and reps from 4-8 while bulking...
