I'm a pretty strong guy, im 15(137 pounds) in the 10th . grade and on was on the wrestling team. We use to workout everyday and run drills, but now that it has ended i have stopped working out. I want to get back into, im gonna play football, AND I HAVE bought Serious Mass in the 12 pound bag. I have alot of dumbbels, a power tower, where i can do pushups, outerpull ups, pull ups, dips, and flys, and with the dumbbels curls, and military presses and stuff like that. i should get a benche press soon as well. But what would be a good routine to workout and when should i take Serious Mass to get the most extreme effects to get bigger and stronger?

what type of routine would you want. Lowwer/upper, fullbody, mixxed split, push pull HIIT or what. And your diet how does it look
