HI! My self Bunty. age:25 weight: 74 Kg Height: 6.2" one month ago i started workouts. my schedule is MON SHOULDER TUE CHEST WED UPPER BACK THUR LEGS FRI BICEPS SAT TRICEPS SUN HOLIDAY I am doing Abs excercise on alternate days. i wanna to make muscular body..Not Heavy muscles just to be in good shape u can understant ;@) i want to give more concentration on Chest Biceps Triceps & shoulders. wanna increase size of biceps/triceps Now days i started consuming CRETAINE & AMINO ACID Tablets.. Please suggest good workout schedule & Diet.. i am vegetarian... Regards Bunty

before getting into any specifics on diet, i think it would be beneficial to know the exact limits of vegetarian you are...does that mean you can eat eggs, fish and poultry and just no red meat..... or none of that and simply alternatives for protein sources? **paging dr. veggeep**
