Second week of max-ot

Today was my third chest day. I benched 175 for 4 sets of 3. I inclined benched 145 for 3 sets of 5. I dumbell benched 65's for 3 sets of 5 and inclined dumbell benched 55's for 2 sets of 2. All of these are 10 pounds higher than my previous workout, so this max-ot is really working.

I have been working on and off for about a year. This time I have gotten pretty serious. I was doing the 5x5 workout for about 5 weeks, and was benching 3 to 4 times a week. Now I am doing twice a week and it is a hell of a lot easier to go up on the weights. Plus I only did sets with 3 reps instead of 5 like I did the last two workouts.
