Scrambled Eggs and Cottage Cheese

This isnt much of a recipe, but its something my parents used to make and I have eaten it my whole life. I made a few changes to it to make it healthier but its still one of my favorite things to eat. 3 egg whites 1 whole egg a splash of milk low fat cottage cheese mix the eggs and milk in a bowl and then make plain scrambled eggs. put the eggs on a plate or in a bowl. Take an equal amount of cottage cheese and mix it with the eggs until they are mixed well. It is very simple to make (just make scrambled eggs and then mix in a bowl with cottage cheese) but Ive never seen anybody else eat this and its amazing. Great idea. And I thought I was weird for mixing plain yogurt in my eggs.

well i'm going to try the cottage cheese and egg thing tommrow morning. il tell you something funny i did one morning. I do not reccomend this. one morning i was makeing my scrambled eggs and wheat bread toast when i came to the idea of mixing my protein powder with my scrambled eggs! so i put 4 egg whites in the pan and one whole egg. i then put 2 large scoops of protein powder in it (vanilla flavor) and a little bit of milk. i then cooked it and it turned out fine but it was white looking. i then sat it down on the table and took my first bite hopeing it tasted good. to my horror it was horrible! i ate it all anyway because you know protein powder is expensive and i have a strong stomach. just wanted to tell you not to make scrambled eggs with protein powder! happy lifting!
