Scrambed Egg, Beans and Cheese - Good for protein, fairly low fat, easy to make!

Simple, as the title says, should contain roughly about 15g of fat (at the most) 300 Calories (approx) 20-23g of Protein (approx) Simply Whisk 2 Eggs and a splash of milk and a bif of Pepper in a bowl, stick in the Microwave for 2 minutes. Once done, stick the beans in. While the beans are getting done, chop the egg with the side of a spoon and mix it up and grate some low fat cheese into the bowl. Once the Beans are done, add them in the bowl, mix up and enjoy! Sort of like a Omelette, but a bit easier.

Approx 27g of Carbs, Eggs have very little carbs and so does Cheese and Mlk, just the Beans which have the carbs.

I used to eat that all the time. But I'm not sure how a meal with eggs and cheese is low in fat and milk is full of sugar but your only using a little bit. Still it's a tasty balanced meal!
