I know this isnt really a recipe but i couldnt think of where else to put it.

I am pretty scared to eat LOADS even though i am bulking as my fat levels fluctuate a lot and ive just got down to a relatively slim body that im happy with so i just need a bit of reassurrance really.

I only work out 3 days a week and also want to know whether to pig-out on days i dont work out as well, especially as I have a 3 day gap with no workouts.  Please help!

bulking doesnt mean that you "pig out" it just means that you eat more calories. If you are finishing a cutting program you should add several hundred cals a week until you get up to a level that will benefit your bulking and not just putting on uneeded fat. Remember its still about healthy foods, just a high concentration of cals. You should still get your 4-6 meals a day everyday. try to avoid over eating on some days and under eating on others

Dont be scared. and if you doo pig out make is all good stuff. Also do it on your lifting days. My pigging out is usually an extra 800-1000 cals on that day. As long as you dont eat fatty crap all day you will not gain much fat.
