Not sure if this is the right place, but I figured it might be different for men and women. I noticed last night that I have prominent scaluplae (shoulder blades). I've never noticed this, before. I do have an issue with my shoulders dislocating very easily, so I don't know if that's a connection? I'm afraid of lifting sometimes because my shoulders dislocate so often.

Ha. I'm working on this with an athlete of mine - she's hypermobile in both shoulder capsules. I'm having her do rows and pullups with an emphasis on retraction and depression. Then we do extra work with heavy bent over shrugs. We've been seeing solid results.
