I found a way to save time and money, and I think this idea is perfect for those of us on the forum living in a dormitory environment, with only access to a communal kitchen.
 
I go to the local wholesale club and buy a ton of boneless chicken/turkey's even better (if they have it) breast.  Also ground turkey for my turkey burgers recipe: http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/Turkey_Burgers/m_215995/tm.htm
 
Now here's the trick.  At first I was bagging up the raw meat into smaller portions and freezing each bag.  WRONG!  It's much better to immediately, or at your convenience (without letting the meat spoil), marinate the meat.  You can then cook it all in one sitting, BAG THE COOKED MEAT (zip lock) AND FREEZE IT FOR LATER.
 
I use a George Foreman Grill, because I can store it in my room and bring it quickly back and forth from the communal kitchen in my dormitory building.  While in the kitchen, it takes me about an hour to grill like 12lbs of chicken breast on the jumbo size GFG!  This is such a time saver, because I can get it all done when I have an hour to spare.
 
So cook it, bag it in small portions, and freeze all of the portions.  When one of your thawed bags in the fridge is almost eaten up, pull the next one down from the freezer and it'll thaw overnight, even from morning til lunch.  I think because of the reduced water content in the cooked meat, it causes it to thaw quicker because it's less frozen. 
 
This is simply for convenience, and hell anything beats eating at the school dining facility.  You may get sick of eating the same thing over and over, so try and keep a large variety of different meats COOKED in different marinades in your freezer.  It's basically like a healthy homade frozen dinner.
