 San V12 Turbo + ???

San V12 Turbo + ??? - Thursday, October 13, 2005 7:53 PM
Hey everyone!
I'm 23 years old and ~140 lbs and I've been weight training for about 3 years and I'm looking to gain some good lean muscle.
I've seen quite a few good reviews on San V12 Turbo so I'm thinking about switching to San V12 Turbo.
I'm interested in the basics--creatine and protein but I'm not really sure what else to take with and when.
I was thinking Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey cause I've taken that before and it tastes pretty damn good.

Here are my thoughts:
6:30 San V12 Turbo
7:00 Breakfast
10:30 Protein Shake
1:30 Lunch
3:00 San V12 Turbo
6:00 Protein Shake?
6:30 Workout
7:30 Protein Shake
8:00 Dinner

How does that sound?  I'm open to suggestions and other supplements so feel free to throw me some suggestions.
