Salmon Pasta Salad Makes: 8 servings Ingredients: 1cup whole wheat shell pasta 11 ounces canned salmon, drained, bones removed 1 1/2 green peppers, chopped 1 cup celery, sliced 1/2 cup red onion, chopped 1 cup nonfat, reduced sugar honey dijon salad dressing Directions: Cook pasta according to package directions. Combine pasta, salmon, peppers, celery, and onion in a bowl. Pour dressing over salad, toss and serve.
