Salads, how much is too much?

My diet has yet again degenerated into less than ideal and I'm pulling it back up. I was wondering if adding a 100 calorie salad into three out of four of my meals, with a fruit salad being post workout (200 calories), was a good idea. I know it might be overkill but I read "meat and greens" somewhere on the forum and that advice stuck me in a way, so I'm running with it. Now I have to figure out how I'm going to convince my mum to purchase this many vegetables... What about a master salad that includes as many nutrients as possible?
Three week keto test run Started July 19 It will work, or I'm done dieting.

Sounds like a good idea to me. Keep the fruit salad around your workout and it will be fine.

Salad good. I realy don't think there is a too much salad number. The dressings and garnishes can get to be too much, as alot are either saturated or made from soybean, neither of which is good for you in large quantities.

Most excellent, I eat all my greens raw and without toppings. Going to get a weeks supply maybe today and see how I hold up.
