OK HERE IS WHAT I TAKE NO-XPLODE STACKED WITH CELL MASS, 2 MULTIS A DAY A GLUCOSIMINE AND OF COARSE PLENTY OF PROTEIN. THE PROBLEM IS IM ALWAYS HUNGRY! I EAT 5 - 6 MEALS A DAY NO JUNK!
WORK  OUT PROGRAM: 30-45 MINS OF CARDIO EVERYDAY
I WORK 1 MUSCLE GROUP A DAY AND DO ABS EVERY OTHER DAY. I HAVE GOTTEN GREAT GAINS IN STREGTH AND LOST ABOUT 15 LBS...SO IM PLEASED THERE BUT...STILL HAVE TO WATCH MYSELF OR I WILL EAT WAY TO MUCH! QUESTION IS DO I NEED TO ADD A FAT BURNER OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT TO CURB MY HUNGER? THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!

Post your diet.
Post a sample day/week of training

Hunger has a few mechanisms...lets see if we can spot one.

Sounds like you do not eat sufficient carbs to feed the body.

In a weight loss scenario like yours one might expect hunger...

You lost 15 pounds...that is a lot of weight.

you should switch to building muscle for a bit to get the body back in balance if you want to lose more.

What are your stats.

Do you get enough water?

MY WORK OUT CHANGE WEEK TO WEEK BECAUSE OF MY CRAZY WORK SCHED. BUT HERE IT IS IN A NUT SHELL
DIET: B-FAST -OATMEAL AND FRUIT OR WHOLE GRAIN CEREAL
LUNCH: TUNE OR CHICKEN WITH WHOLE GRAIN BREAD OR FLAT BREAD. ( SO I CALL IT)
DINNER: SALAD AND SOME FORM OF LEAN MEAT AND SOME VEGGIES
SNACKS : FRUIT ( APPLES & ORANGES & PROTEIN BARS ) ALL I DRINK IS WATER , GREEN TEA ( DIET ) OR ENERGY DRINKS ( MONSTER NO -CARBS ) PLUS ALL SUPPLEMENTS!
WORK OUTS: 30 -45 MINS CARDIO EVERYDAY. THEN I ROTATE 1 MUSCLE GROUP A DAY-CHEST,BACK ,SHOULDERS,LEGS,BIES, TRIS AND ABS AT LEAST EVERY OTHER DAY, USALLY TAKE 2 DAYS OFF BUT NEVER IN A ROW! MY WORK SHIFT IS CRAZY: 7 - MIDNAIGHTS  THEN OFF 2 DAYS  7- AFTERNOONS THEN 1 DAY OFF 7- DAY SHIFTS THEN 5 DAYS OFF.....SO NO REAL BALANCE OF SLEEP AT ALL! AND COMPLETELY CUT ALCHOL! SO THERE IT IS! THANKS AGAIN FOR YOUR HELP!

Do your weight lifting before you do cardio.

Do 5-7 minutes of so of carido just to get your heart rate up and warm up before!
Then resistance train!
Then your Cardio.

You need to introduce some variation to th cardio.
Switch to HIIT cardio (explained in through a link to an 8-week progression in the losing fat thread)

As for resistance training...how about changing to a more focused plan to get your body better at burning fat?
Take a look at the 3-day training link at the end of the losing fat thread.

If you miss allot of sleep you have hormones in your body that are trying to help you cope wit that...and those hormones are stress hormones...the short story is they can lead to low blood sugar and hunger.

Lets look a few other things:
GREEN TEA ( DIET ) OR ENERGY DRINKS ( MONSTER NO -CARBS )
These are garbage and you should think about cutting them if your goal is to be leaner and feel better.

Green tea is great.  Brew your own and then chill it with lemon

SNACKS : FRUIT ( APPLES & ORANGES
OK...you need to read the losing fat link in my signature...instead of snacks we recommend small meals.
Complete, small meals.  5-6 a day is good... lets get thme to be more supportive of your goals!

Both of those will also cause a blood sugar crash which is what makes you hungry!
I won't go into the chemistry at the moment!

But what you can do is make some small changes and then you should see the hunger stop!
