MY WORK OUT CHANGE WEEK TO WEEK BECAUSE OF MY CRAZY WORK SCHED. BUT HERE IT IS IN A NUT SHELL DIET: B-FAST -OATMEAL AND FRUIT OR WHOLE GRAIN CEREAL LUNCH: TUNE OR CHICKEN WITH WHOLE GRAIN BREAD OR FLAT BREAD. ( SO I CALL IT) DINNER: SALAD AND SOME FORM OF LEAN MEAT AND SOME VEGGIES SNACKS : FRUIT ( APPLES & ORANGES & PROTEIN BARS ) ALL I DRINK IS WATER , GREEN TEA ( DIET ) OR ENERGY DRINKS ( MONSTER NO -CARBS ) PLUS ALL SUPPLEMENTS! WORK OUTS: 30 -45 MINS CARDIO EVERYDAY. THEN I ROTATE 1 MUSCLE GROUP A DAY-CHEST,BACK ,SHOULDERS,LEGS,BIES, TRIS AND ABS AT LEAST EVERY OTHER DAY, USALLY TAKE 2 DAYS OFF BUT NEVER IN A ROW! MY WORK SHIFT IS CRAZY: 7 - MIDNAIGHTS THEN OFF 2 DAYS 7- AFTERNOONS THEN 1 DAY OFF 7- DAY SHIFTS THEN 5 DAYS OFF.....SO NO REAL BALANCE OF SLEEP AT ALL! AND COMPLETELY CUT ALCHOL! SO THERE IT IS!
