Sounds a bit wierd, but it works. Apples cut up with cottage cheese, then sprinkle a little vanilla protein powder and cinnamon on top. Straight protein and fiber, but a little sweet. Cures the cravings, and try to drink green tea to help stabilize blood sugar levels and keep cravings away.

the only time this is a concern is last month or so of dieting, otherwise I pretty much have what I want, but when restricted I find chewing sugarfree gum helps, or coffee with sweetener. I also really like amazon golden berries, its like a mini passionfruit raisin. I also find that protein shakes tend to satiate cravings adn hunger when dieting. there is one I am using now called pvl isogold chocolate chunk, its got a nice milk chocolate flavor yet not too sweet like the whey gourmets, now those aer good for sugar cravings, I tried the vanilla and also the cookies n cream..........wow, one of those takes care of sugar craving for days. But anyway, the isogold I was mentioning is cool, I only use water and in the end you find a few little chocoalte chips. Linda
