this is gunna sound harsh but you gotta lose a lot to get into a magazine.  Dropping to 5% bodyfat is not easy task and i would venture a guess you are around 15-20%.  If anything i would work on your chest more it seems awfully small comparatively speaking but its hard to say without definition.  Like i said its harsh but honest.

ok well as of right now i have a visable 4 pack so if that is your idea of 20% i dont know what to tell you,  and 5 % is not all that hard, all its takes is alittle bit of hard dieting, and hard training so really i can get there pretty quick i am guessing a month

going from your last picture i see no 4-pack, as for dropping weight you would need to drop more than 40 pounds more like 55 and in a months time is not only improbable but would also be very unhealthy, look at many bodybuilders they start cutting 2 months out to drop maybe 30 pounds and they know exactly what to do.  Not saying you dont but i'm sure you know what im getting at.

maybe i am misunderstanding you, do you need to drop to 5% or just drop 5% bodyfat?

ok so i have the top 2 abs showing and as of right now looking in the mirror the top half of the next abs coming, and i need to drop 5 % bodyfat.... i am a big guy and i usually can drop the weight fairly fast... as do i work at max muscle and have an ample supply of supps to use... i am also a personal trainer and do diets on a regular basis for clients so i have a pretty good idea as to what i need to do i got test at about 10-12% body about 1-2 weeks ago, by a another personal trainer and fitness competitor

Work on your traps and chest, and you're going to need to lose about 7-12% bodyfat to be in a magazine.  I picture you around 15% bodyfat and yes you can see the top four abs when you flex at that bodyfat (sometimes).

You're going to have to get to around 3%.

Wanna lose weight? Hit the road...literally; get some asics, lace'em up, and get runnin up those hills. Keep a lifting routine, and run 5-6 times a week of atleast 4-5 miles on those days, plus have a regimented diet; bodybuilder physique is a high possibility.

if you're a trainer and a nutritionist (which i hope you are to be legally allowed to write up diets for clients), you should know your muscle imbalances and whats the best way to lose weight in a HEALTHY manner.  I also agree with yet to actually be in a magazine you need to have stupidly low bodyfat and high vascularity, even i would have a hard time getting that low.  Also bringing up supplements at your disposal, once again being a trainer i would hope you know training methodologies to drop weight/gain muscle without supplements or without having to rely on them as you seem too.

You are doing good. Everything is there, I wouldn't say you have to work more on this or that...  How do your legs look?   I think you should drop another 25lbs and then you might look pretty damn good.    Up the cardio,  Give that stair master a try! LoL that **** is hard I tell you!

Oh if you want to get into a mag you probably going to have to drop about 40lbs off where you are now.  it shouldn't be that hard for ya though you got good genetics.   I been cutting down my self.   Trying to drop like another 10lbs.  It's  a ****to get them abs showing I tell ya!   To be real though don't worry about what the scale says when the muscles sculpt as you cut down it looks far more impressive.   you might look pretty dope at 175lbs or so.

you could lose a few pounds but you look like a monster to me, honestly i don't think you could healthily get down to 200 lb. you'd probably be real cut up at 210 at 5'10" thats really beastly.

You are pretty beasty, that diet looks like not enough cals for the amount of work your doing but i guess if losing bf is the goal you cant complain.
