Im having trouble getting my shoulders to Bulk.....any ideas? I have very nice traps I just want my shoulders to match.SmileSmile

Butterflys and military press, use medium weights so you can get a good 10-15 reps.
Also try supersets!

whichever delt head is the worst prioritize it
mine is my rear delts so i do them first after warm up presses of some sort
then side and finally front
i think this is key to getting better shoulders
my front delts are nice from chest work so my rear ones are a bet off
so whichever ones are behind work them first
also use weight that is heavy but not too heavy that you have to sacrifice form to lift it
save the macho ego, get better, and then anyone can lift more because they are bigger and need to lift more

I do side and front DB raises 1 time a week.

like this...

front raise-10-15 reps with 3 sets
side raise-10-15 reps with 3 sets

I also have 2 bench days which also hit my shoulders. Since I started doing this my shoulders been a nice size with a good 3D look to them.

Front Db raise 6 reps for 3 sets
Lateral Db raise 6 reps for 3 sets
Shoulder Press 6 reps for 2 sets
Arnold Press 6 reps for 2 sets
