does anybody know what about my 1 rep max on bench press will be.... the max weight i have is 75lbs and i can do 16-17 reps.... i know thats weak you dont have to tell me lol and yes i am going to work on my strengh in a couple of weeks lol im 15 114lbs 5 ft 2

hard to tell i would guess around 135 ish maybe

Well my friend can do 85 13 times and he maxes about 115. So i would guess 75 17 times would be around 115 too. lo

And don't be that depressed about that, bench isn't as important as a lot of people think anyways. But to atleast be getting your bodyweight is honestly more than a lot of people.

I agree I have actually taken flat bench completely out of my routine i think it hurts shoulder's and wrists more then it actually helps. only flat bench I do is dumbell fly's i do incline barbell and then mosly cable exercises seem to do better job for me

i know its not too important but i actually want to be stronger than i am beacuse if you look at my phisique you would think that i am stronger than i am..... i dont want to get too strong just stronger than i am lol
