ive been hearign nd seeing reviews about peopleraving about this russian bear 5000 weight gainer. i work in vitamin shoppe nd sum ppl have come back in loving it......any1 tried it? how does it taste, not that i care because im used to the chalky protein taste, but does it work, i wanna put on about 8lbs of muscle not fat....nd i see that u hafta drink w/ a s*** load of milk..........thankkkss
