LOL so you eaten doggy food before? ;) :P Hey could you tell me how many grams a serving that russian bear stuff is? I cant find a site that tells me that. I ben looking at all these mass gainers (the ones dan is recommending and some others) and comparing them to each other by how much calories/cars/protien is in them per gram, im trying to find the one that will help give me the more in a smaller servings.

Heyi was just wondering if oyu were making any good progress. I was looking at a 4lb thing and it says it has 5 scoops a server and 1 serving per container, and the containr was 4lbs (1812 grams) And in one gallong of whole milk. so is htis even worth the money? it seems to me there are other products with more calories and carbs than this for around the same price. I have ben looking into this http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/cn/gainer.html and considering getting it. But when i was also comparing this stuff to what i got the first time (nature's perfect 3000) the other perfect 3000 seems to have more in one scoop, i might be wrong but some one who could shed some light on this for me would be great.

First about the Heavyweight Gainer...this link has a lower price. Champion Nutrition - Super Heavyweight Gainer 1200 <---Link I have used Heavyweight Gainer 1200 and it is the best one I have used to date. making any good progress Good progress comes from taking in enough calories (and training smart, not overtraining, plus getting rest) adn these MRPs are aids to getting enough calories but you still need to EAT. About the Russian Bear: So it has Serving Size: 5 Scoops (approx. 635gm.) Servings Per Container: ~3 In Water - In 1 gal Whole Milk Calories 2600 - 5000 Protein 184 GM - 292GM Carbohydrates 391 GM - 567GM Fat 0 GM - 128GM In perspective A reasonable 1 scoop serving in water provides Cals - 520 Protein - 36.8 Carbs - 78.2 Fat - 0 That gives you 15 total servings per container. at 20$ per container that is about $1.35 per serving. For a price compare of the best crap free MRPs: http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/MRP/m_109098/tm.htm

I personally have the vanilla flavor. It starts out good but as I drink more and more and tastes more chalky. Chalky is definetely the appropiate word. It tastes like many things, dog food is definetely NOT one of them haha -G

dog food is definetely NOT one of them I guess you need to get the other flavor for that. The Now-ProGainer and Superheavyweight gainer are both great tasting. I have no complaints...I rotate...the Super gets rich and so the Now is mellow..then it gets too mellow and the Super is mmm rich again.

Its just a meal replacement powder...so use it to bump your calories up to help you get into a 500-1000 calories surplus so your body has enough calories to gain... Nothing magic to it. Nothing special.
