15 lbs in 2 weeks

OK...
7.5 pounds a week is about 3750 calories above maintenance a day...But the body might not put it all where you want...so be careful!

2 containers is 6 days at full serving strength!

I was not saying that it was overly expensive...I went for 3 other weight gainer products first to try them as meal replacements, Vitol simply had the highest cost per serving.  I usually use 1 MRP a day.  So far these are the only CRAP FREE products I have ID'd!!!

If you know your maintenance calories...you can really plan to get the most from this!

I am serious about wanting you to let me know how you like the taste and how you feel when you use it!

I appreciate you posting about it!!!

SO!
How do you plan to use it?
1-2-3-4 scoops in water-milk...remember 4 scoops is best consumed over 6-8 sittings!

How is your diet now?
What is your goal?
What are your starting stats? weight, body measurements, bodyfat, lifts?

Let me know!

Most people do not make regular gains because they go into negative calories balance or maintenance...something like this would return someone who has been overtraining and under-eating to a positive caloric balance and there would be a quick regain of lost muscle and even a spurt of new muscle growth.  As you gain muscle your metabolism increases..so you need more calories.

Those reviewers who spent all their time on the pot...they were the one's sensative to MCTs.

You might want to start with 1 scoop in milk to see how you respond and work your way up to more if you intend to use more!

karlos...its expensive, but russian bear its not the protein that u want to take always...cause its a very strong weight gainer...5000 calories...u should buy 2 o 3 tubs and gain some heavy weight(13 o 17 pounds) and then, buy a normal protein like n-large(if u want to keep gaining some gains) or another normal protein just to keep the shape...i bought just 2 tubs of rusiian bear...

You have to drink it through out the day? Does this replace all ur whole foods?
Bench-305(5 partial reps)
Squat-450(4 reps)
deadlift-435(2-3 partials)
front squats- 225(6-8)
leg press-835(8reps)

It is meant to be in addition to your food to get your calories into a serious surplus!

As I said above if you just use it as a meal replacement, it can last 15 servings!
