Running or swimming in the morning is pretty good but you're gonna be tired by the evening to lift weights (depending on how hard core your cardio in the morning will be). For example, I played soccer in the morning on saturday then went to the gym during the day and I was tired but even then I pulled it off and now my body is sore. So, if you can keep that up all the time sure go ahead.
Its not what you know, its what you can do that counts!
