I find that when I run, my boxers tend to ride up my legs. It's quite uncomfortable-- not to mention I look like an idiot sticking my hand up my shorts trying to pull them back down.

What kind of underwear would you guys recommend for running comfort?
Also, what kind of pants should I get? -- it was pretty damn cold this morning.

Thanks.

Ha, I do the same thing and am curious what to wear cause this always happens to me. Maybe compression shorts? I'm not quite sure. I'd like an answer for this one...

Yes compression shorts. You should have a few pair to wear under your shorts when you run/go to the gym/go play sports with friends. There are plenty of uses for a good pair of compression shorts.

Oh and for pants get something that fits pretty close to the leg. I like soccer pants (warmups) because they narrow at the bottom with zips so you can open up the ankle a bit. You probably don't want to wear tights and sweat pants are too big and baggy to run comfortably. You definitely don't want a pant that goes past your shoe because stepping on it will be a huge pain in your stride.
