Hey guys happy new year to all, i'm from Colombia, i'm 18 years old, i've been training in the gym for about 2 years now, i was pretty skinny, i started at 132 kgs, right now i'm 167, but the last 4,5 months i've been stuck, i'm playing rugby, i'm good but i definitively need to weight at least 183, i'm going to star using GNC 100% whey protein, is it good? when should i take it, before or after the gym? is it possible to gain this weight within a year? any ather suggestions?, thank you guys.

I'm gona guess you mean 132 and 167 lbs not kg . As for the protein best times are before and after a workout really, some people like to leave a 30 minute gap between it and their workout, some prefer to take immediately. You're looking to gain 16lbs of muscle in a year which is quite possible but an extreme task, and if you think you are stuck then look at how much you are or should be eating each day to maintain your current weight then bump up that number of calories by 300-500 and you should start packing on weight again, and try to eat cleanly (healthily) or you will find yourself packing on that 16lbs but a lot will be fat!
