I am in my in-season. I am a fullback. I want to be light on my feet so I can sidestep and stuff. So wotr exercises helps with that and also wot helps to increse explosiveness.

There are far too many to list. Like i have said in your other post in the training section, when do you play and when do you train? i can then look at suggesting a programme for you...
