Routine. Need help organizing.

I recently put up a post about crookeded chest and i thank everyone who replied, helped me a great deal. I've come to realize that though i know what i should work on and what not. I need help organizing a weekly workout routine for myself. basically, i want to work on: evening the chest up and gaining mass on chest, arms, abs, and i dont know about the legs. any suggestions?
